1. ការចាប់ផ្តើមធានារ៉ាប់រង: (English below) - រយះពេលការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រងនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមតាំងតែពីថ្ងៃបញ្ជូនទំនិញដល់អតិថិជន និង​ បានបញ្ជូនប័ណ្ណធានារ៉ាប់រងនោះមកកាន់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ក្នុងរយះពេលមិនហួសពីថ្ងៃ ចាប់ប្រគល់ទទួលដោយត្រូវមានឈ្មោះ និង​ ហត្ថលេខារបស់អ្នកលក់ជាគោលការណ៍សំខាន់។ 2. លក្ខ័ណកំណត់ផ្នែកធានារ៉ាប់រង -​ ទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រងទំនិញ នៅកន្លែងដែលនឹងត្រូជួសជុល រឺប្តូរចំណែកប្រភេទណាមួយដែលបានកើតមានការខូចខាតដែលបណ្តាលមកពីភាពខ្វះខាតរបស់ធុង រឺបច្ចេកទេសផលិតពីរោងចក្រ នៅក្នុងរយះពេលវេលាតាមតារាងខាងក្រោម!!! ​​ ១. ធុងអ៊ីណុក INOX/ធុងទឹកកក - រយះពេលការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រង 1 ឆ្នាំ  ២. ធុងផ្តេក /​ ឈរ ពណ៍ខៀវ​​​​​​        - រយះពេលការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រង 5 ឆ្នាំ  ៣. ធុងផ្តេក /​ ឈរ ពណ៍ថ្មម៉ាប ​​​​​    - រយះពេលការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រង 15 ឆ្នាំ  3. ការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រងនេះមិនពាក់ព័ន្ធដល់ការខូច រឺការបាត់បង់ឡើយ ដែលបណ្តាលមកពីមូលហេតុដូចតទៅនេះ!!!! 3.1. ការប្រើ និង​ ការតំឡើង (តំឡើងប្រើប្រាស់) ដែលមិនប្រព្រឺត្តទៅតាមពាក្យណែនាំនៃការតំឡើងប្រើរបស់បច្ចេកទេសក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលមានបិទជាប់លើធុង។ 3.2. ឧប្បដិហេតុ និង គ្រោះធម្មជាតិ។ 3.3. ប្តូរអ្នកកាន់កម្មសិទ្ធ (អ្នកកាន់កម្មសិទ្ទ គឺអ្នកដែលមានឈ្មោះនៅលើលិខិតទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រង)​​ ។ 3.4. ការចុះអន់ថយដោយភាពចាស់ ភាពចុះអាប់នៃពណ៍ និង​ oxide នៃលោហះដែលមានប្រតិកម្មជាមួយទឹក។ 3.5. ការរុះរើ ការបំលាស់ទី រឺការលើករំកិលផ្លាស់ទីដែលខុសវិធី រឺមិនបានប្រតិបត្តិតាមបច្ចេកទេសក្រុមហ៊ុន។ 3.6. ការជួសជុល កែច្នៃ​​ កែលំអរ ដែលមិនបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងប្រើប្រភេទឧបករណ៍ដទៃ រឺការកែច្នៃខុសពីធុងដែលផលិតចេញពីរោងចក្រ។ 3.7. ភាពខូចខាតនៃទំនិញដែលកើតចេញពីការកសាងផ្ទះបន្ថែម រឺក៏មានវត្ថុធ្ងន់សង្កត់ប៉ះត្រូវលើតួធុង។ 4. ភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវនៃទំនិញ 4.1. ដាក់បំពេញលំអិតចូលទៅក្នុងប័ណ្ណធានារ៉ាប់រងដើម្បីបញ្ជូនត្រលប់ទៅក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងអំឡុងពេលមិនលើសពី ៧ ថ្ងៃ​ រាប់ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃដែលទទួលទំនិញ និងអតិថិជនត្រូវរក្សាប័ណ្ណធានារ៉ាប់រងនេះទុកជាភស្តុតាង។ 4.2. ការប្រើប្រាស់ណាមួយដែលឋិតនៅក្រៅខុសពីបច្ចេកទេសតំឡើងប្រើប្រាស់របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនត្រូវតែសាកសួរពីភាគី (ផ្នែកបំរើអតិថិជន) របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។ 4.3. ការជួសជុល  រឺ ទាមទារនៅក្នុងរយះពេលធានា អាចទូរស័ព្ទជំរាបមកកាន់ផ្នែកបំរើអតិថិជនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។​ លោកអ្នកអាចជ្រើសរើសវិធីនៃដំណើរការជួសជុលដូចតទៅនេះ!! 4.3.1. បញ្ជូនទំនិញមកកាន់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដើម្បីទទួលការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងជួសជុល។ 4.3.2. អោយផ្នែកបំរើអតិថិជនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទៅជួសជុល រឺពិនិត្យដល់ទីកន្លែង។ សុំរក្សាសិទ្ធនៅក្នុងការគិតតំលៃចាយវាយនៅក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរ។ 4.3.3. តំលៃត្រួតពិនិត្យ និង​ជួសជុល ​(​បើសិនការខូចខាតនោះស្ថិតក្រោមលក្ខខ័ណ្ឌធានារបស់ក្រុ​មហ៊ុន តំលៃចាយវាយ រឺជួសជុលជារបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ និងដំនើរការដោយមិនគិតតំលៃ។​ ប៉ុន្តែប្រសិនបើកើតចេញពីភាពក្រៅលក្ខខ័ណ្ឌការទទួលធានារ៉ាប់រងតំលៃចាយវាយ រឺជួសជុលគឺស្ថិតនៅក្នុងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អតិថិជន។ 4.3.4. ក្រុមហ៊ុនសុំរក្សាសិទ្ធមានកំណត់ក្នុងការទូទាត់សងចំពោះធុងប៉ុណ្ណោះមិនរួមតំលៃទឹកម៉ាស៊ីន រឺសម្ភារះផ្សេងៗដែលត្រូវខូចខាតនោះឡើយ។ 1. The starting of Warranty: - The peroid of warranty begins from  the first date of deliverying products to our consumers. Then make sure before two days the consumers have to send  the warranty certificate back to company. The warranty certificate must has the name and signatuure of the seller. 2. The limitation of warranty's condition: - We warrant our products only the places which we need  to be fixed or  parts which we need to be changed as all these problems happen because of company's technique matters. The term of warranty are:      I.  INOX tanks/ Ice Box : will be fully warranted for 1 year.      II. Blue horizontal/ vertical plastic tanks : will be fully warranted for 5 years.     III. Marble horizontal/ vertical plastic tanks: will be fully warranted for 15 years.  3. We will not warrant to consumers if  these cases happen such as: 3.1. The technique of installing and using that did not follow with the company's instruction which we typed on the tanks' wall. 3.2. Accidentally demage/ natural disaster 3.3. Changing of consumers (Ex. the first costomer sells to the next consumer. Only the customer who has the name on the warrant certificate can get this warranty service. 3.4. The decrease of tanks quality (the low quality of colour, old tanks and Inox which is oxidized with water. 3.5. Moving or changing the tank's place which is not following with the company's technique. 3.6. Fixing, decorating which are used other materials to decorate beside the factory materials' factory. 3.7. The demage because  of crushing, putting heavy things on tanks or building the new house etc, 4. We warrant our products in the cases such as: 4.1. Fill detail information into the warranty certificate than send back to company which is not longer than 7 days after getting the products. Please keep this warranty certifficate for evidence.  4.2. If the customer needs to  use the tanks which are not folling to the company's instruction, the customer should ask the company's service first for more recommendation. 4.3. If the customer has any demand/ want to get fixing service, in the period of warranty, the customer can contact to any our company's services for help. The customer can choose any ways of getting fixing service such as: 4.3.1. Send the product back to company in order to check or fix 4.3.2. Ask the technician to check or fix at the place where is installed. (Note: The expend for this service need to pay by the comsumers) 4.3.3. In the case that we checked, the problem is in the conditions of company's warranty, all fixing services will be totally free of charge 100%. However if the problem is out of warranty note, the customer is the one who pay for all expend. 4.3.4. The company has fully rights to keep the limitation of paying back to customer with only the price of tanks which is not included with other cases.
